Motherload Affiliate Program
Affiliate Terms of Service
Version 2026-06-16
These terms govern your participation in the Motherload Affiliate Program. By creating an affiliate account you agree to them, and to the FTC Disclosure obligations described below and on that page.
1. Joining
The program is open — anyone may join, and your account is active as soon as you sign up.
One affiliate account per person. Your referral code and link (/r/<your-code>)
are yours to share.
2. How attribution works
Attribution is first-touch and permanent: the first affiliate whose link a customer clicks is credited for that customer, for the life of their account. A later link does not override an earlier one. The referral is captured for up to 90 days between the click and sign-up.
Self-referrals are not eligible — you cannot earn a commission on your own purchase.
3. What you earn
- Pro (software): 40% lifetime recurring — a commission on every successful monthly payment, for as long as the customer's subscription stays active.
- Executive (coaching): a flat $500, one time, and only once the customer has paid in full ($3,500 collected). If the customer stops or refunds before paying in full, no Executive commission becomes payable.
4. When commissions pay
A commission is first pending. It becomes payable after a hold period of about 30 days, once the refund window for that payment has cleared. Payable commissions are paid out to the PayPal email on your account once the payout rail is live.
5. Refunds, disputes, and clawbacks
If a payment that generated a commission is refunded or disputed, that commission is reversed (clawed back). If a customer cancels, future commissions simply stop — there is nothing to claw back on payments already cleared.
6. Your FTC disclosure duty
When you promote Motherload, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission for referrals. This is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and is a condition of staying in the program. See the FTC Disclosure page for what a compliant disclosure looks like.
7. How you may promote
Promote honestly. Do not make earnings or results claims on our behalf, do not spam, do not bid on our brand terms in paid search, and do not misrepresent the product. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or that shows signs of fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version above changes when we do, and we record which version you agreed to. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
